4. Who are you main competitors in this market?

5. How will you market or promote your product or service to your prospective customers?

6. How will you differentiate your product or service from your competitors?

7. Have you created a business plan?

8. What financing have you already identified to support your product or service?

9. Have you identified what type of business structure (sole proprietor, S-corporation, limited liability corporation) you want to create?

10. Are there other areas or issues you would like help on?
